Slag discharge separator has the characteristics of high fiber yield and low treatment cost. It is mainly used for the sorting of coarse selection tail propeller after fiber separator, double fiber separator and pressure sieve. After sorting, the discharge tail slag does not contain fiber, which meets the emission standard of environmental protection.

Advantage

Slag discharge separator is mainly used for screening and processing of the output pulp with high impurity content in the waste paper treatment system. It is easier to operate than other screen pulp equipment. And the fiber recovery rate can reach 70% , with closed working space and no pollutant splash.

Product Structure

 

Process characteristics: for slag separation after fiber separator, double fiber separator, single effect fiber separator and pressure sieve.

Body: This structural component consists of two parts, upper and lower. The upper body houses an adjustable-angle guide plate, a 6-10mm diameter water spray chamber, and a wear-resistant plate. The lower body contains a semi-circular sieve plate. During maintenance, the upper body can be manually rotated 90 degrees using screw devices for easy inspection and replacement of internal components.

Rotor: In the middle of the upper and lower body, there is a high-speed rotating rotor. During operation, the stirring blades and multiple cleaning plates repeatedly deliver powerful impacts on the incoming tail pulp, separating fibers from waste materials. Under the action of the rinse water's detergent, the fibers pass through the sieve plate below and fall into the outlet trough, while the waste materials are gradually pushed towards the waste outlet. It is normal for the waste material to contain no fibers.

Guide plate and water hole: the Angle of the guide plate should adjust the tendency and direction according to the amount of impurities in the tail slurry, in order to adapt to the retention time of impurities in the machine, to ensure that the waste does not contain fiber. The water holes should be checked frequently to ensure normal water supply and should not be interrupted during operation to prevent blockage from affecting the sorting effect.
