Working Principle

 

The slurry is transported to the machine by the pulper at the lower part of the spray bin, and the slurry is evenly spread on the filter belt through the homogenization system. The drum rotates continuously with the filter belt, and the slurry enters the drum along with the filter belt. The first dehydration is carried out by the tension of the filter belt, the second pre-pressing dehydration is carried out by running the first and second pressures, and finally the liquid-solid separation of the slurry is achieved after the dehydration by the main pressure.
