The structure and properties of the headbox are decisive for sheet formation and paper quality.

1. Effectively disperse fibers. The high-turbulence headbox can generate high-strength micro-turbulence, which can effectively disperse fibers, prevent fiber precipitation and re-flocculation, and effectively improve the strength of paper sheets.

2. Distribute the stock evenly in the transverse direction of the paper machine.

3. The shotcrete is stable to ensure that the speed of the slurry is coordinated with the speed of the wire.

Product Details

 

The overall structure is adopted, square cone tube slurry, step diffusion, oblique feed, movable upper lip, full mediation and fine dial adjustment. The dial gauge fine pitch is about 126mm.

1. The front and rear wall panels and the side wall panels of the cabinet are all processed by stainless steel plate (304); the head of the headbox is Q235A, and the upper mirror panel is used;

2, Square cone tube: stainless steel plate (304) 2 mm thick, including flange; rib spacing 300mm, plate thickness 5mm;

3, Homogenizing roller: stainless seamless steel pipe (304) 4mm thick;

4, Adjustment rod; stainless steel;

5. Stepped orifice plate: use a whole piece of plexiglass plate;

6, The upper lip stainless steel (304) 8mm thick, upright small lip (304) 5mm thick, lower lip (304) 6mm thick;
