Polyester Forming Fabric Mesh
Forming fabric is a fabric used for paper forming and conveying in the paper industry, which is the common filtration mesh used in the paper machine page forming, dehydration device, molding part, with wear resistance, super hydraulic and long service life.
It dehydrates the pulp suspension from the flow tank and runs the paper format to subsequent sections. The forming fabric mesh is mainly made of polyester monfilament woven and using plug technology. In order to increase the service life of the forming fabric mesh, some manufacturers add better nylon filament knitting in the latitude interval.
The structure of singel layer and 1.5 layers forming fabric permits to design the forming side and the wear side of the fabric independently to achieve better performance . The bottom side is made with large diameter yarns to improve stability and wear resistance. The sheet side has fine yarns to optimize the sheet forming characteristics of the fabrics .The fine mesh on top supply a better sheet support ,improving formation ,increasing fiber retention and reducing double-sided performance .Triple layer forming fabrics are used in the production of almost all paper grades, mainly in printing &writing papers and Kraft paper grades .
