Product Details

 

The structure design of pressure screen is adopted with bottom pulp inlet, bottom heavy slag discharge and top light slag discharge

1. Screen basket: The screen basket with a fine screen gap width of H0.15mm is slotted on an 8mm thick steel plate using water jet cutting technology to form excellent round holes and burr-free notches, and can provide hardness lacing process to improve wear resistance.

2. Rotor: The fine pulp rotor is equipped with 3-4 rotors, which are strictly corrected and balanced after assembly so that the rotor does not vibrate when rotating at high speed.

3. Shell: It consists of an upper cover and a cylinder, and a tangential pulp inlet pipe is provided at the bottom of the cylinder. A pulp outlet pipe is provided in the middle of the cylinder, and a slag discharge port and a flushing water port are provided on the upper cover.
